Helping to promote mental health for all
children, youth, and families
09-20-09 FFP is compiling information to create a
Children's Mental Health Service Directory for the Piedmont. This
service directory will be shared with our current contact list,
future contacts, and on our website as a resource to the community.
We are looking to list services and supports that
directly affect families and their youth with mental or behavioral
concerns in the age range of 0-21 only. We hope to include both
professional and community supports in one place for families in our
area to easily access.
If you would like to be included in this directory
please complete the form by clicking in
the shaded area once and filing in the needed information. Please
email back to me directly at nlyles@upstateparentsnetwork.org by
October 2, 2009. Our target date to have the directory completed is
by January 1, 2010.
