This site does not host or receive funding from advertising or from the display of commercial content.  It is funded entirely from a private donation gifted by Natasha Lyles.

By using the Upstate Parents Network website or attending its support group you understand that Upstate Parents Network is not liable for any damages. By requesting resources and referrals you understand and agree that Upstate Parents Network and it's affiliates are not responsible for the services, or lack thereof, of any of the providers.

We encourage members to call others when needing or seeking support between support group meetings. However, social interaction outside of meetings is voluntary. Any relationship/s established outside of the group is not held responsible by Upstate Parents Network.

Upstate Parents Network collects data and member information for the support and operations of Upstate Parents Network only. Any information shared (email address, name, mailing address, phone numbers, etc.), whether in an email to Upstate Parents Network, via a form on the website, by fax, or other method is held in strict confidence and not shared with outside organizations. The only possible exception to that rule would be if an imminent threat to someone's life existed, or if threats against another's life or property have been communicated. In that instance, all information available will be shared with the appropriate law enforcement authorities.

At Upstate Parents Network, we recognize the importance of privacy & are committed to maintaining confidentiality & security of your personal information. Upstate Parents Network will never sell, donate, share or trade your personal information to any person or entity.

Upstate Parents Network has no religious affiliation and is open to persons of all faith.

It is the hope of Upstate Parents Network to provide support, information, and training to parents who are dealing with such special children as well as help erase the stigma of mental illness.
